While planning  the reconfiguration of my kitchen I had 5 different cabinet companies give me quotes. My objective was replace existing doors and add new cupboards in space that used to be a pantry closet. James from Saskatoon Cabinets was the only one who listened to my plan and came up with a quote. EVERYONE else wanted to remove everything and start from scratch. (Kaching $, kaching $). NOT what I asked for. James was referred to me by a friend and I can't say enough  about our experience with him. He listened  to my concerns for my new kitchen space  and gave me some added suggestions I had not thought  of. Opinions:  everybody's got one.  In my opinion James and his team at Saskatoon Cabinets are worthy of a 5 Star Rating.  Why?  When we first made contact with James he quickly responded to our request for a free quote and consultation.  We were expanding my daughter's kitchen space in her condo by adding a peninsula and sought professional guidance for a style and design that would fit in the space available.  At our first meeting he brought a harmonious and cooperative spirit that remained consistent throughout the project.  He and his team displayed outstanding attention to detail and we could not be more happy with the outcome.  They delivered good communication and high quality workmanship at a fair price with no surprise charges at the end.  He did exactly as he said he was going to do.  It is so refreshing doing business with  the owner of a firm where trust and transparency are inclusive to his team culture. Created beautiful wood cabinets to custom specifications as an insurance replacement. Extremely professional and top notch craftsmanship. Paid significantly less than what other custom cabinet makers charge for cheap mdf and veneer, and got real thick wood cabinetry throughout. Beautiful!

Beautiful work.    Built in desk and shelves, front door organizer and cubby completely updated our space and gave much more utility to an area that was otherwise very limited in its usefulness. James did a great job building bookshelves, a kitchen table, a desk and other stuff in our house. He listened to what we wanted from start to finish, and delivered things that we're happy with to this day. He's honest, hardworking, and knows what he's doing. We've been very happy with the beautiful cabinets James made for us. He has done more than one job in our home, and he has a wonderful eye for design, helping guide us as we figured out what would work best.
